HISTORY Steele
Wrobel was established in July 2002 with Andy Steele and Grahame Wrobel as
Directors. Since our
inception we have enjoyed sustained growth and consequently now employ
additional staff to allow us to maintain a professional and prompt service
to our many satisfied clients. Our company aims to achieve the highest
industry standards and focuses on client requirements. To
ensure our client’s needs remain the focus, a Director is personally
responsible for each project in our office. This ensures not only an
experienced professional level of service, but also helps create and build
relationships directly between our Clients and our Directors.
We
recognize the need for our company to maintain the highest professional
service and to be up to date with the latest industry news. To this end
the Directors are Associate members of the Australian Institute of
Quantity Surveyors, and Associate Members of the Institute of Arbitrators.
Additionally we are also Associate members of the Property Council of
Australia and are actively involved with their committees. DIRECTORS Andy
Steele has over 30 year’s construction experience, previously being a Director
of Andy Steele & Associates for 15 years.
Andy has spent a large percentage of his time directly involved
with contract administration and co-ordination, having spent much of his
time on construction sites, dealing with the day to day issues of cost
control and design co-ordination. Grahame
Wrobel’s
experience in the industry spans over more than 17 years. Primarily
Grahame’s role is estimating and cost planning, acting as project team
leader and liaising directly with clients on projects varying from
$100,000 to $200 Million. As
a senior cost consultant he has worked on many projects from inception
until completion. PROFESSIONAL Our
company has Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance in line
with industry requirements. We are also registered with the government
Professional Qualification Criteria and are in the process of implementing
Quality Assurance for our office. The
diversification of roles and projects undertaken by Steele Wrobel gives us a very broad base of knowledge within the construction
industry, providing professional, prompt and precise service of the
highest standard.
